Story Pitch
Pre-plan your future home's furniture layout, even if you can't visit it.
More and more people are choosing to move to a new state. From 2021 to 2022, the number of movers grew from nearly 7.9 million to about 8.
As they search for their new homes, 95% of people rely on online real estate platforms, making them a go-to resource for movers.
After the interviews, we compiled the interviewer's responses and discovered their needs and insights from them.
Then we organize our clients' needs into tags.
We sorted our tags by combining the same category tags and finding out features that can be used in our product.
We did a ranking of our themes based on the impact of the feature and its relative importance to the needs. And the feasibility of the proposed feature, and its cost-effectiveness. Then we determined the final product features that are doable.
From the theming progress, we have selected three of the most representative customer's voice
With the previous interviews and analysis, we started ideation. We used two ideation techniques: BRAINSTORMING and SCAMPER.

After filtering our ideas, we started sketching.
Through sketching and team negotiation, the final user flow was settled.

We ended up doing usability tests with high fidelity.
We received a lot of feedback through user testing.
